Description
Fully automatic feed high output grinder for fresh or tempered meat. Hopper has a 200 pound capacity with an extension adding from 200 to 250 pounds depending on extension. The frame and body are made of stainless steel for long life and easy cleaning. Feed paddle, conveyor feed screw and feed box are made of stainless steel. Moving parts such as the feed paddle assembly, conveyor feed screw and grinder feed screw is easily removed without tools for cleaning. The interior of the tub is smooth stainless steel and easily cleaned. Standard accessories include adjustable legs, spurt guard, spanner wrench, parts list and instruction manual. The machine is supplied with complete electrics for voltage specified at time of order.
The model 56F machine uses a 66 size plate (6″ barrel, 8 5/8″ plate). The cutting group is made of hot dipped tin finished cast iron (stainless steel available). This machine utilizes a 30 horsepower grinding motor transferred through a heavy-duty gearbox. Grinding capacity of 15,000 + pounds per hour*.
